So on http://www.weejie.blogspot.com/ Amy gave a new site called Library Thing.
I've been so busy with out of town guest I haven't had much time to post anything, instead I've been living life so I have something to write about next week.
Well anyway this site got me to posting and thinking that I haven't read any good books in a while. I don't real a lot of fiction, because most of it I really can't get into. But hey if yah know of a book, old or new, that is worth reading I'd love to hear from you.
Just to give you an idea the last fictional book I loved was Wicked. And a few of my favorite books of all times include All Quiet On The Western Front and Catcher In The Rye (I had an awesome high school English teacher!)
I thought The House on Mango Street was lame, even thought I grew up there in that environment during that time. And as for the Di Vinci Code-- the reason it is so popular is because it is written in a language any 8 year old could understand. Duh!!
So send me some suggestions. My guest are here for another week and so like I said, I need some experiences to blog.
Oh, Happy 4th-- if we have any freedoms left by then.
