We haven't gotten any phone calls. We believe that no one we personally know was injured, but 6 people are dead. Six people from right around here.
We need to do something about access to fire arms.
We need to reconnect with each other.
We need to talk to our kids, and friends, and let them know this isn't the way to handle things.
I will talk to my children this weekend. Let them know I am here for them. That it shouldnt come to this.
Please, send good thought your way to these families.

Are you referring to what happened at the University?
So tragic, and the shooter was a past student.
This seems to happen too much in the school systems
a few years back, it happened in Montreal Canada where 14 women where killed
Last week, at my local college, in the town where I live
The swat team was called in because I teacher witnessed a man walking through the door with a shotgun
It turned out, after shutting down the college, it was a man holding is tripod
Even though it caused much panic
The swat team said it was the right thing to do, under the circumstances
and now, a week later
this has happened.
When will it end?
I didn't even know Jesse could sing!
This whole school shooting thing has become some kind of bizarre fad...
I just wish it would stop!
When I first heard this, I wasn't sure if it was current or from the day before ...or the day before that. There are so many shootings, it's hard to keep up. That scares me.
