about half the people out there have told me they cant read my blog
others are not commeting so i guess it is the same but they dont want to say anything and so i tried a new templet and my links and stuff wont go on the side.... arrrrggggg

Hmmm...I could read your blog before,and I can read it now.
If I recall,go to customize in new blogger,and pick th "Add links" option.
I'm using old blogger so I'm not really sure.
I could read it fine before, I never saw any change in the template. It looks like your side bar is squeezed in so that it's down under your main column -- did you adjust the widths in the HTML, or does anybody else see it like that?
I, too, have not had a problem reading your blog. And yes MC, her sidebar is squeezed down at the bottom of all her posts!
I don't know how to edit post column width in html on the templates ... but I have found (in the past) that this squeezing down of the sidebar sometimes occurs when fotos are sized "too big" (in other words, wider than the post column width). I don't know if this is the case, or if MC's suggestion is closer to the problem, Citymouse? If you need to know how to edit post col. width, maybe MC could help with that (and I'd like to know as well)? If you need to know how to edit foto sizes I can help with that (I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager) - feel free to email me at pjsgifts@msn.com.

If your sidebar is squeezed down at the bottom of your posts it means there is a broken link somewhere in your template. If you are seeing all your links on the template page then they are there...you just have to go through each one to make sure that all the code is exactly the same for each one. It's going to be something stupid, too, like a missing " or / or something.

Okay... I could read your old template just fine, and I can read this one just fine too. As for your sidebar being squeezed down, it's only squeezed down when you click on your header so you see all the posts for the last x number of days. If you click on an individual post, so that the post (and its comments) is the only post showing, the sidebar is perfect. Reviewing it in that format, what appears to be the problem is your stat counter in your sidebar (or is it in your footer?) In the individual post view, there is an icon as well as the hit count graphic, and it takes up the entire bottom of the page. In the "view all posts" view (normal view), the icon is not displayed. That footer is too wide, so it's dropping the sidebar to the bottom. Make sense? Anyway, that's where to look to resolve the problem. If it's code you pasted in, then look in the code for anything referring to the image - "src image=blahblah" or something along those lines, is what you're going to look for. If you want, send me your logon info, and I can fix it for you. :)
Actually, it appears to be the OneStat hit counter that's the problem - the whole script. The simplehitcounter is fine. Try deleting the OneStat entry and see if that solves it.
