So (some of you know) I have a place that I post poems. Ok, I have several places I post poems. Ya, kind of school girl silly, but still, everyone needs an outlet.
So I had this dream
I wasn't going to write about it
but the wise wiz wrote about a memory she had... so I did.. and then it happened
I got a comment
ok, i know you all love me ... and trust me I really thrive on that blog love
but some one, on this art site gave me a one word comment
sublime
I've got to be honest.. ive read a lot of shit in my day. Ive listen to a lot of story tellers and I know ive been exposed to some of the best there is out there...
but to me.. well i have never been able to use that word
it just means too much to me
so, with all the shit im in
and all the muck around me
and the 40 or so days of rain
that word... the word i have never uttered... has been said of my work
and all of a sudden I think i must release myself form the muck ive been allowing my self wallow in and bask it the glory of a singular word
that, and im going to buy a new digital camera this week!

Whew what a long week. Pepper came to Dayton and hung out for a spell. It was purely wonderful.
I even got to meet Surely Not!
You have always written good posts. I keep you as a link for a reason...
It's a fine word indeed. Wish I'd been the one to say it. And now I can't, because everybody will know that I'm not the one to come up with it.
Can't wait to see what you and new digital camera come up with. And I'm in the market for a new one, so share the benefits of your research because I've never had one that I've been fond of.
