- My husband and son took the camera with them this weekend ya, fishing camping, and like i wouldn't need it? I had all these great ideas pics to take and post on my blog, but no.... they took the camera. Oh, and they have informed me that the camera isn't working correctly so I need to start looking for a new one.
- I need to paint my living room and I don't have the motivation. Well I do, but I have other pressing thing
- Like a birthday party for a deer friend of mine. The only problem is I really dislike a good number of the people who I think will be there-- and I could be painting instead
- No time or money. So Amy Winehouse, Paolo Nutini, and Maroon 5 are all playing Sunday in Chicago. Ya, I could just spend the money but there is a kids swim party, and my husband will just be getting back from out of town and EXPECT me to be home and no one I know is going so I'd be by myself and THAT is unacceptable because .... well I dont know why but everyone seems to freak out when I just want to go and do stuff
- No connections. So, if that isnt bad enough Amy Winehouse and Paolo Nutini are playing again in Chicago on Oct 2 at the Aragon Brawl Room, and the show is sold out. Back in the day, I knew the cops who watched the back door of the Brawl Room, so I could usually get in for free. Or I also use to know some one who worked for Jam, so I could get in for free with that connection, or at least get a ticket. BUT NOOOOOO... and then when I look on Craig's list -- everyone is saying the tickets were $50 cost--- but I know they were only $30 cost---geee--- ask what you want but dont bull shit me!
Really, that is about all that is bothering me. So now, I'll put on some tunes 'cause I only have 2 1/2 hours to make a black been salad, bake a pasta dish, and move the furniture for paint prep.

So you are painting after all or are you just doing the prep?
Any money you are going to spend should be on a new camera for yourself if the other isn't working properly then people who take it can keep it!!

So save the paint for when they come back ... with the camera. Then, when they hand over the camera, paint THEM! :) That would rule!

Now that I'm completely addicted to digital photography I'm getting very motivated to buy a second one. Yesterday The Spouse was taking millions of pictures of the Blue Angels while I wanted to take pictures of kids blowing bubbles at spiders. I think I need my own camera.
Hmmm....birthday coming up....
I hated realizing that my (once upon a time) connections aren't there anymore. (sigh)
Why don't you come into the city on a Saturday afternoon and we can have a painting party? I haven't the slightest idea how to paint.
