I have made the decision to change real estate offices. I went and interviewed with another office and found they would give me more commission and would not charge me a desk fee. Wow.
I wrote a very politically correct letter -- thank you and good by.
In THIS letter, is what I really wanted to say:
Yep, I finally got the guts to quit. I should have quit when you let that other agent take my commission. I should have quit when you didn't defend me against the angry client. I should have quit when you moved me out of my office without telling me. I should have quit when that new agent moved into my office and told MY FRIENDS at church that I was no longer at that office-- and then I told you -- and you did nothing.
But, I admit it-- it was easy for me. You were all so unmotivated by anything (well except money) and I was just the opposite-- I was motivated by everything that real estate offered except money so it was okay. It showed and like minded people would work with me.
I have come to discover that like minded people will still work with me and I don't have to pay you any money for that.
With all that in mind I leave you and wish the best of luck, you are really going to need it.
